Favorite Dance Style: I enjoy performing most styles of jazz, and love to watch really talented contemporary and hip hop dancers.
Favorite TV Show: So You Think You Can Dance. Sex and the City re-runs also never seem to get old.
Favorite thing about DC: There’s so much to love about DC. The city is simultaneously elegant and incredibly powerful with a richness in culture and history that will keep any city explorer’s to-do list at an over-whelming level. No matter what you love, DC provides a little something for everyone while managing to maintain a pervasive character and vibe that lets you know you couldn’t be anywhere else.
Celebrity Crush: David Beckham
Celebrity I’d switch places with: I’d have to say Kate Middleton. She’s able to constantly participate in events all over England - from the extremely elegant to digging-in-the-dirt philanthropic, and all with the paparazzi somewhat at arm’s length. At the end of the day, she’s a beautiful, fashionable, poised princess who lives in a castle with Prince Charming and is admired across the world. What more could you ask for?
Movie character that best describes my life: This is a tough one. Maybe Andie Anderson from How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
If I could pick one person to have dinner with: Julia Child. I’d imagine she’d be really animated about everything she ate, know all of the best places to go, and have some great stories to tell.
Besides dancing, I’m a very talented: Driver. Ask anyone who’s never been in a car with me before : )
Favorite store to shop: Unfortunately, I don’t get all too much time to shop these days, but I have to say, when I do, I tend to venture toward my foodie side. You’ll probably find me wasting most of my idle shopping-time perusing local niche markets or interesting bakeries, wine, or coffee shops. However, I’ve had to tear myself away from a gorgeous pair of shoes on WAY too many occasions!
If I wasn’t a Wizard Girl, I’d like to be: Out traveling the world! (While secretly wishing I was a Wizard Girl.)
If I were a WWE Superstar, the team mate who’d be my tag team partner would be: Amber. She’s a fiery Latina with a black belt in karate. Enough said.
Favorite Wizards Player: Ever? Juan Dixon. Currently? I’m excited to see how the team will do with our new Otto-Wall-Beal.
Favorite part of the game Anytime the Wizard Girls take the court - of course : ) I like everything that goes on at the start of the game, too. The energy that fills the arena when we “TURN THE LIGHTS OUT!” gets everyone hyped and ready for a win.
Favorite DC Date Spot: DC has a plethora of great date spots, but I especially like the ones that give you something to do, a great view, or have a lot of character. Some of my favorites are night tours of the city, sporting events, after-hour events at museums, spending an afternoon out on the water – any of these can become great dates.
